Guidelines for Use of Images
1) Review our portfolio of photographic images and decide which image(s) you wish to use.
2) Please make contact by phone or email to state which images you want to use and your purpose of use. (contact info)
3) After agreement is made, higher resolution images will be emailed along with written permission for their use. A Tax deductible contribution to Naljor Prison Dharma Service, my nonprofit organization, is always welcome in exchange for use of images, but is not required.
4) After agreement is established for use of images, please forward a copy of the publication in which the image was published to our office for our records. If the image was used for a website, online publication, or logo, please email the link to the URL so we can view it and keep it on record.
5) You may use only the image(s) we agree upon and only for the exact purpose(s) we have agreed to. If you require images for use in other projects, those projects will need to be verified and agreed upon as well.
For personal or commercial use:
1) Images in our portfolio are copyrighted worldwide and are not available for personal or commercial use without express permission from Essential Evolution Media. However, If you have a personal or commercial project, and would like to use our images, please contact me and we can make arrangements for use.
2) After agreement you will need to follow the guidelines as stated
above.
